We use this information to provide track analysis, label matching, mastering, demo-management and support services; maintain accounts and entitlements; process transactions; prevent misuse; and improve service reliability.
Service providers
We use trusted infrastructure, payment, communications, storage, and analysis providers where necessary to deliver the service. Payment providers process checkout information under their own privacy terms. We do not sell personal information.
Audio and generated results
Uploaded audio and generated results are processed to provide the features you request. Access is restricted according to the account and sharing controls associated with each item.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. Account-closure and deletion requests may be subject to required retention periods.
