Customer support knowledge
Release Ready™ product and support guide
Approved customer-facing information about what Release Ready™ does, how customers use it, and where to get help. Confidential methods, private records, and internal company information are intentionally excluded.
What Release Ready™ is for
- Release Ready™ helps producers and independent artists assess tracks, prepare masters, find relevant record labels, and organise demo submissions.
- The service turns technical and creative track information into practical release-readiness feedback and a more focused pitching workflow.
Accounts and access
- Customers create an account, verify their email, and sign in before using protected tools and viewing private results.
- Account Settings lets a signed-in customer manage their profile, subscription, billing access, service notifications, and marketing preferences.
- Previous completed and in-progress analyses are available from History. Private account, billing, and track records are not available to the support assistant.
- Closing an account immediately disables access and cancels any active subscription. Account data is retained for 30 days and then the account and associated application records are permanently deleted.
Track upload and analysis
- Customers upload a WAV file from their device or Dropbox and provide the track title, artist, BPM, genre, key when known, and mix version.
- The WAV export should not be clipped and should leave suitable headroom if mastering is required.
- Analysis reports can cover loudness, dynamics, mix quality, mastering quality, BPM, key, energy, genre, sub-genre, mood, style, release readiness, commercial positioning, originality indicators, and focused mix, master, and arrangement feedback.
- Analysis combines deterministic audio measurements with a separate creative assessment. The purpose is to show both measurable technical condition and practical release positioning.
- A standard analysis may complete in roughly 60–90 seconds, while large files and multiple mix versions can take longer. Customers should check History before starting the upload again.
Results and label matching
- Results present the track profile, quality scores, release-readiness information, feedback, and label recommendations in one place.
- Label matching considers genre, sub-genre, mood, energy, style, BPM, catalogue direction, and commercial alignment rather than relying on a broad genre alone.
- Matches include a compatibility score and a concise reason so customers can understand why a label may fit.
- Available label details can include a website, demo email, submission portal, social profile, genre focus, country, and label size.
- The matching service compares the completed track profile with curated label information and wider discovery data. Proprietary ranking methods and internal data are not published.
Favourites and demo submissions
- Customers can save useful label matches to Favourites and export saved label information when their plan includes that feature.
- The pitch tracker records the label, submission date, submission method, destination, status, response, and customer notes.
- Submission statuses include submitted, pending, interested, rejected, accepted, and no response.
- Release Ready™ surfaces available submission routes and helps organise pitches; it does not guarantee a label response, signing, or release.
Full-track mastering
- No AI is used for any audio processing or mastering. Every mastering stage is deterministic, engineered digital signal processing, and results are verified with standards-based measurements (ITU-R BS.1770 loudness and true-peak).
- Mastering is the final preparation stage used to improve translation, tonal balance, dynamics, stereo presentation, loudness, and peak safety.
- The service reviews the incoming mix, applies processing adapted to the material, and validates the rendered output before delivery.
- A mastering job can include Original Mix, Radio Edit, and Extended Mix versions. Completed versions can be delivered together in a ZIP file.
- The service provides a DJ or club master designed for impact while maintaining peak safety.
- Completed jobs include before-and-after loudness and dynamic information, a plain-language summary, and a downloadable mastering report where available.
- If a completed master needs adjustment, the customer should ask in support chat and include the track name plus clear notes so the conversation can be passed to mastering specialist support.
- Specialist remastering (Pro and Unlimited plans only): in mastering specialist support chat, the specialist analyses the customer's existing completed master using deterministic audio measurements, explains the issues found, and, only after the customer presses the confirmation button, reruns the original pre-master through a corrective processing chain. The revised master replaces the current one. Peak-safety processing is never altered, and free-tier customers are offered an upgrade instead.
- Exact algorithms, thresholds, coefficients, processing order, source code, infrastructure, and proprietary mastering settings are confidential and are not part of customer support knowledge.
Stem mix and mastering
- Stem mix and mastering accepts individual WAV files or a ZIP containing WAV stems, with up to 12 stems per upload.
- Stems must be exported at 44.1 kHz. The service checks stem quality before processing and can reject files with blocking quality issues that need re-exporting.
- Each accepted stem is assessed before the combined mix receives the mastering process. Customers reach this service from a linked track analysis.
- The customer-facing price shown for stem mix and mastering is a £24.99 one-time charge.
Plans and billing
- New accounts include 2 track analyses, 2 masters, and 2 master reanalyses.
- Starter includes 5 track analyses and 2 masters per month. Artist includes 15 analyses, 10 masters, and 10 label pitches per month.

- Unlimited includes unlimited analyses, masters, and label pitches, plus specialist remastering through support chat, priority queue access, early access to new features, priority support, and direct support.

Release Ready™ for Logic
- The Logic Audio Unit portal brings capture, track analysis, mastering, label matching, and demo-distribution access into the customer's project workflow.
- Customers must sign in to the plugin portal. The embedded capture controls require the Release Ready™ Audio Unit environment to be connected.
- The support knowledge does not expose plugin source code, native bridge details, internal file-transfer methods, signing credentials, or build infrastructure.
Common help and safe escalation
- For a slow analysis, check History before uploading again. Large files and multiple versions can take longer than a standard analysis.
- For an adjustment to a completed master, ask in support chat with the track name and clear notes so the conversation can be passed to mastering specialist support. On Pro and Unlimited plans the specialist can analyse the existing master and, with the customer's confirmation, create a revised master from the original pre-master.
- For subscription management, open Account Settings and use the secure billing portal or choose another plan from Subscribe.
- The Support Center contains a secure support-request form for track-analysis, account, billing, and other issues.
- Never send passwords, authentication codes, API keys, access tokens, or full payment-card details through chat or a support message.
- The assistant can answer from this knowledge base and direct customers to existing pages, but it cannot access accounts, submit forms, send emails, or confirm that a human handoff succeeded.
