Using the service
You must provide accurate account information, keep access credentials secure, and use Release Ready™ only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Your content
You retain ownership of audio and other content you upload. You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload and process that content, and you grant Release Ready™ the limited permission required to provide the requested services.
Analysis and recommendations
Track assessments, label matches, mastering outputs, and submission guidance are decision-support services. Results do not guarantee release quality, label interest, responses, contracts, placements, or commercial outcomes.
Payments and subscriptions
Prices, included usage, renewal terms, and cancellation options are presented before purchase. Transactions are processed through the payment provider shown at checkout. Access may change when a subscription ends or a payment is reversed.
Acceptable use
You must not upload unlawful or infringing material, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with service operation, misuse automated features, or use the service to harm another person or organisation.
Availability and liability
We work to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, Release Ready™ is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of recommendations or service interruptions.
Changes and contact
